Directions
- Wash the orange. Juice half of it, then cut the skin into thin strips (avoid the white pith and use only the orange part).
- Slice the other half of the orange and then slice into quarters.
- Thaw and clean the chicken wings, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Marinate the chicken wings with salt, oyster sauce, and 3 tbsp orange juice.
- Add minced garlic and orange peel and mix well. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for better flavor.
- Mix 2 tbsp orange juice with honey to make a glaze.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place chicken wings in the basket and top with orange slices. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken wings, brush the honey-orange glaze, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Flip and brush with more honey-orange glaze, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy the chicken wings with orange slices.
