Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly-squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice
  • 3 cups gin
  • 1 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 1 bottle brut champagne or prosecco
  • Lemon peel twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the honey and warm water; stir until well dissolved. Then add the lemon juice, gin and elderflower liqueur. (At this point you can refrigerate the punch for service up to 3 days in advance).
  2. When ready to serve, pour the chilled mixture into a punch bowl or large drink pitcher. Add champagne and stir.
  3. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon twists.
