Zesty Garlic Yogurt Aioli

Use this tangy aioli drizzled over rice or as a dip for crisp veggies or sweet potato fries. For a richer sauce flavor, make with extra virgin olive oil.

  • 1 large Sunkist® Meyer lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh garlic
  • 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of fresh ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil


Preparation: 10 minutes


  1. Zest and juice the lemon into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the garlic, yogurt and seasonings, and then whisk together.
  3. Add the olive oil slowly while continuing to whisk until smooth.
  4. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
