  • 1 Sunkist® Navel Orange
  • 8-10 Prawns
  • 80 g Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Condensed milk

MARINADE Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 50 g cornstarch


  1. Remove the head and shell of the prawn, keep the tail for better plating. Slice the back of the prawn to remove the intestine.
  2. Mix well and allow the prawns to marinate with salt, pepper powder and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  3. Slice the Sunkist®Navel orange into half. Remove the zest and cut the orange into 6 pieces for one of the half. Set aside.
  4. Juice the other half of the orange and keep the pulps to elevate the texture.
  5. Mix orange juice with mayonnaise and condensed milk. Set aside.
  6. Coat the prawns with a thin layer of cornstarch evenly. Tap to remove excess cornstarch.
  7. Turn on medium heat and add oil, shallow-fry the prawn on both sides for around 2 minutes until it turns golden. Set the prawn aside.
  8. Remove the oil, add the orange Mayonnaise sauce to the pan. Gently stir until the sauce condenses.
  9. Add the prawns and the sliced oranges, stir and toss until the sauce dressing reduce.
