  • 1 Sunkist® Navel orange
  • 1 stalk Fresh Chinese yam
  • 200 g Chicken breast
  • Some Japanese Sesame Sauce
  • Some Salt


  1. Wash the orange and Chinese yam.
  2. Squeeze the orange juice and shred the orange peel.
  3. Peel the Chinese yam and slice it, soak it in white vinegar and water to prevent oxidation.
  4. Boil the chicken breast and shred them into thin strips.
  5. Mix the chicken strips, Chinese yam and orange peel together, add orange juice, Japanese sesame sauce, and salt. Serve and enjoy.
